Skillfusion was started by a group of professional IT trainers and recruitment specialists.
Working in our respective fields we were constantly frustrated with the ineffectiveness of traditional IT training companies; they focus on giving people technical skills with little thought of the job market that will follow.
We were constantly getting candidates with adequate technical skills but without proper career guidance. With the job application process continually evolving we found that the candidates were struggling to move their careers in the right direction.
