- If you fail the first exam in your training package, then fail that same exam a second time within 60 days of sitting the first exam, we will give you a refund on the cost of the courseware for that exam.
- If your training package requires you to sit multiple exams, the guarantee requires that you sit each subsequent exam within 60 day of the previous exam. If you fail that same exam a second time within 60 days, we will give you a refund on the cost of the courseware for that exam.
- If your training package requires you to sit multiple exams, the guarantee will become void 12 months from time of purchase.
- You are required to provide us with exam transcripts within 5 working days of failing each exam to apply for a refund under our guarantee.
